High Fiber Heart Attack

I've been eating a LOT more fruit and vegetables lately thanks to a new juicer and a new weekly food share from the local CSA program.

Tonight, I thought for sure I was a goner when I had funny fluttering in my chest.  I thought that my heart was pitter-pattering before giving up.

But then I took Beano and it all went away. Guess the body has to adjust some when dietary fiber skyrockets... 

TMI? 

1. Watermelon
2. Tomatoes that have have an obvious taste of having grown in the hot summer sun 
3. Homemade cookin'
